All quotes provided are estimates based on initial inspection and may change depending on unforeseen structural issues or material adjustments.
Customers can pay online or on-site after the work is completed.
Full payment is required upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must notify us at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may result in fees to cover costs already incurred.

4. Warranties & Liability
We provide warranties on materials and workmanship as outlined in your contract.
Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, or third-party work.
We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues or damages unrelated to our services.

5. Insurance Claims
We assist in documentation for insurance claims but do not guarantee coverage approval.
The customer is responsible for confirming policy details with their insurance provider.

6. Website Use & Content
