Refund Policy

At Michael Cullop’s Roofing, LLC, we strive to provide high-quality roofing services that meet or exceed customer expectations. Due to the nature of our work, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and adjustments.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If there are any issues with the quality of workmanship, customers must notify us within 30 days of service completion.
We will inspect the issue and, if necessary, provide repairs or adjustments at no additional cost if the issue falls under our workmanship warranty.

2. Refund Eligibility
Deposits and Payments:

Deposits made for scheduling services are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered.
If a customer cancels before work begins, a partial refund may be issued, minus administrative or material procurement costs.

Completed Services:

Due to the nature of roofing work, refunds are generally not provided for completed services.
In cases where a refund is requested due to service disputes, we will assess the issue and determine if a partial refund or corrective service is appropriate.

Online Payments:

If a refund is approved, online payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Storm Damage & Insurance Work
If work is performed as part of an insurance claim, refunds are subject to the terms of the insurance policy and cannot be issued by Michael Cullop’s Roofing, LLC directly.
Any insurance-related refunds must be discussed with the insurance provider.

4. Materials & Special Orders
If custom or special-order materials have been purchased for a project, they are non-refundable, even if the project is canceled.
Any remaining materials from a project will not be refunded but may be provided to the customer upon request.

Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will respond within 5 business days.
